NEEDLE-PUNCHED FABRIC (FLAX BATTING)
Needle-punched fabric is produced by punching the fabric with special needles with notches, which mat and press flax fiber like felt. GOST 26604-85 “Non-woven fabric (substrate) with antiseptic agents made of all kinds of fibers for heat-and-sound-insulating linoleum”. Sheet wadding is used for the production of furniture. After cutting the roll into 10, 15, 20 cm strips, it is widely used in building as an interfloor filler.
